what was the best AL season ü ever played

My best favorite season al was season 3 that time it was they had cheap stuff and pve was really fast level up 31 and that time there pve items were kind of cheap though but there was a lot of people pvping that time and they had good pets slag and Galician but now when the other expansions came everything changed pvp from pvping changed into pvp.

And everything got expensive and there were a lot of new pets pretty cool pets when the expansion came idk I miss the old days playing AL I think season 3 was the best for me.

Ya it was cool season 3 there was no para no gems and pvp it was a fair champagne with no para but now it's unfair because some people got paras I wanna go back to that season it was fun.

Nordr cap (season 4 I believe). There was some real great class balance in pve, elite oltgar being very very hard without a tank or 2-3 skilled mages. PvP was so much better than what it is now. People actually cared about fun more than guild drama and kdr.

Entered L15 PVP after spending the last of my money, 1.4m on gear, breeze, Dev, tarloks but no paras thinking I would still be competitive. Wrrrooonnngg, can't believe I wasted 500k on breeze! Lmao. The past seasons looked so much more fun!

My favorite season is season 4 because it isn't only the season i started playing the game,but it was also the season when everyone was playing just for fun.

L26 (Kraken expansion) was my favorite. Elites were stupid hard back then (anyone remember elite Skull Cove back in the day?), so a good day of farming could make you hundreds of thousands (which at the time was A LOT). Arcane Hooks were incredibly rare (I only knew a few people with them) and Mythic helmets were equally as uncommon in PvP. I remember PvPing with Shipmaster, Bloodhammer and Sealord gear and being competitive, since most people had essentially the same sets so we were all on more or less equal footing.



My second favorite was L21. This was before the primary/secondary stats, so pets like Wrathjaw and Meepmoop were actually not that bad. I can't remember if this was the time when pets were not allowed, but some people found a cheat to get pets in and on the occasion that you did see someone with a pet, fairplay was so important, that player would get ganged to death and their own teammates did nothing to stop it until the pet was dismissed. The elite fanclub was a very small, very tight knit group and we used to share strategies all the time.

My favorite was the first, the 16 cap. I remember soloing with my warrior to achieve that 15,000 XP. I ended up with about 30k kills from doing WT3 (WT4 didn't exist.) And then, running Jarl with Eclipse, hoping to get a Vorpal Assault/Juggernaut/Berserker gear. I still have my Vorpal Tactics from back then. Also when Ribbit and Malison were so great.

I too enjoyed the simpler times. Maybe I'll look through my old SS for each season

However all games get more complex as they go along. I look forward to what the new expansion and events will bring.

When Demonologist and Malison were the tops. It was so much fun and locked crates had yet to exist, so you had to run elites to get all top gear and pets. Also in my opinion Season 2 PvP was the best. PvP nowadays is basically top geared players vs each other too see which is best geared and obliterating everyone else.

season 2 and 3, petless pvp, but then i hated it when devs took away the uncharged invulnerability for mages :/

And yes, less domination due to pets, might as well love the idea of petless pvp.....
