This is a forum mate, not a chat box site
it's to stop spambots i think. so i'd rather wait then get spammed!
Its really annoying. Maybe if this was changed to 1 thread created every 20 minutes, or 1 post every 2 minutes on the same thread.
Its to stop the spam.
