Then most cases all the teams will be l61 and l61 why not make one have to be a l56? And the other can be anything higher

If that happened I can see majority of teams 61 Lilith mages and 56 bears but I do agree with what you are saying every team may as well be all 61 nobody's going to want to do 56 when everyone else is 61

I second this message.

It would be better titled if it was a 60/61 challenge because from what I have heard, L.61 Sets have things that L.60 Demonic Sets have and vice versa.
