Not necessarily. Some people dropped a napalm in their first run. Some dropped a napalm in their 100th run. It's all about luck. Some are just more luckier than others.

My 4th Time 4x Elix also end Bt no drop pink....
Its ok Am going for 5th time .... with 4x.
Is it Drop on any time ... Or in particular time..? And I ran more than 50rans with 4x 4times....
Always You are rerolled for a better drop its say that... but No Naplam drop i came for farming primed bt even single pink item i didn't get....-_-

Well, the only thing I recommend is to keep farming. It may seem stupid and pointless when you don't loot after soo many runs. It just takes time and patients. Good luck and keep it up!
