    iPad 2 has indeed hdmi out with an apple adapter. Screen recorder doesn't work in 4.3.1 or 4.3.2 anymore (at least when I tested it).

    Edit: iPad 1 has video out too, only no mirroring and it's analogue (component or composite)

    Edit2: I just checked Cydia, and screenrecorder doesn't support iPad at all
