Mages Being Desired In Rage of Rengol Maps

Based off the test server, do you guys think that mages will be needed in the new expansion maps to control mobs or will it still be a rouge buffet?

Well considering the mobs have short leashes and maps are very long, 2 mage 2 rogue/1 mage 3 rogue pt will be fine as well. Since mages can kill groups faster than rogues. But everything is subject to change so we dont know yet. Mages can probably still solo reg maps pretty quick, assuming orc chests do drop there(didnt try it.. Had to make a char with epics lol). Just use 3 damage skills and heal and you probably wont be using any pots. Hope this helps

I guess, its another Rogue Expansion.. Mages are going to suffer more and more. Especially in Bosses. ^^

Mages only needed for runs elite maps, achives, etc.
But rogues are the most needed class I believe since the crit and dodge nearly could reach the perfect 50%.
Hardly to get hit by enemies and can deal the highest single damage in the game, creepy, isn't it? -_- #SaveMages lol
and for mobs, rogue can do shadow pierce, for boss.. well aimed and nox better than lightning for bosses.

yeah I think its a little unfair for other class. specially mage. increasing int only add more bonus dmg, dmg, mana. while for rogue, the increasing dex give more stat: bonus dmg, dodge, crit, dmg.

Well what else do you want? You have to run the new elite maps to get the new l46 myth gear -> thats great!
