Drop Rate Increased?

Anyone notice drop rates increased?

I got 3 pink drops yesterday in probably... 6-8 hours of total play? I had a friend get 5 pink drops the day before that.

Before the update, it would be common to do a 3-4 hour farming session without seeing anyone get anything. Since the update, I feel like I usually see at least 1 pink drop if not more.

Anyone get this feeling, or am I just getting a good luck streak?

Are you talking in the Sewers or elsewhere? I haven't noticed any increase in Sewer drops.

Well consider yourself lucky then, from what I and a lot of friends have experienced is a nerf to drop rates.

You're riding on a lucky streak, man! Those runs were fun and especially rewarding to see your FF Plate and FF Shield (Jackychiu/his Mage alt got the bracer at the same time) drop.

anglfyr noted a MM robe and something else in consecutive runs, post-GCD. I personally experienced two MM robes in three runs, but that was pre-GCD.

The devs haven't said anything officially since the update, but I'm still on the belief that it's all random as usual.

I played a good 10-12 hours last saturday and i didn't get a single pink. Plus, i only saw 4 pinks dop during those times.

Yesterday i play for a couple more hours and finally got one.

Just talking Sewers. I wouldn't go to Plasma Pyramid for a few hours and hit the boards claiming drops rates for pinks have increased! lol.

I think its just because in my mind I was thinking - if they leave the GCD as it is, they HAVE to increase drop rates, or people will go insane. I guess with the GCD "fix" which made it feel faster, its about the same speed as before.

Just lucky. I'm going on 30 hours of sewer runs without a pink. But i'm sure my luck will turn soon. Typically I would get a pink every 5 hours or so. Enjoy it while it lasts!

2 in one day yesterday, fury shield and sewer queen robe. Maybe 8 runs tops. Luckiest ive been yet.

Jackychiu was the one who got 5 pinks in a day. 4 of them Sewer King leather! I'm actually using one now in my dex load out on my bear now while he is selling the rest.

I havent got a pink drop in over three weeks, and ive even had a few 10hr play days over that period of time. Consider yourself lucky.

Same with me, 2 days ago got mm staff, sewer king leather and sewer king scarab within 4 hours. But none yesterday. Chalk it up to luck and mine seem to have run out lol

I'd say it's just luck for sure. It's been like a week since I've got a pink in BS lol

Definately luck. Yesterday I "lived" in Hideout and gained 17500xp without any pink drops, only a handfull purples.
