The servers down so how would anything in the game work lol. So I'd assume it does stop
I asked Thade in chat about 13 minutes ago. He said he believes it keeps going.

When are the servers gonna be back up they have been down for a loooong time
that doesnt matter. when u insert an item it will saved with date/time in the DB and will always compared with acutal time.
