Unique In Game Equips

With the server downtime I have had plenty of time to think about some things. One of the things that I am really curious about is "Unique Equips". For example, I heard rumor that Yanis had a tradeable Cyber Gear. I would like to see what the original alien blaster looked like. Things along these lines. Just wondering if any of you veteran players could help fill in the void of my curiousity.
