How come I dont see lot of PVP game room?

I was trying to look for PVP room for level 20 but hardly any PVP room. Why? No one like PVP mode?

low population in general, try at high pop times. also, those who lose stop playing after a couple matches, and soon the winners have no one to fight and quit from boredom.

I think Guilds might be handy to organise, get teams using tactics and settling scores for PvP.

ladders in general would help give a reason to pvp
