1. I'm pretty sure they have disabled it, or it was moved somewhere else, not entirely sure on that.
2. The devs said they are discussing to put some elixirs back up for gold purchase.

1. I don't think so. Apple has stated that the Tapjoy wall is against their ToS, so they don't approve any apps which use it.
2. Slush is right, they are discussing on which elixirs to put up for gold again.
