Hi. I don't know if they can switch you or not, but in the meantime, what's your Fnord name? I'll add you.
BTW, you probably already know this, but you can still create a player in Alterra. You will just have to start from scratch again that way. I have 35s on both servers. I love the people in Fnord, but can't always find games there, so it's convenient to have both.
I actually would like to know if there is a timeframe for when server transfers will be available? I remember hearing that it was on roadmap, but there's alot of things on the roadmap. lol
Is there actually a good reason to have two servers? Especially when one is very unpopulated... I also made the mistake of playing on Fnord 1st, and it is very hard to start over again. Hopefully when this is available, it won't cost as much as name change... lol
I think they should transfer everyone over to the same server, and get rid of the other.

yeah, as of now, Fnord is not really needed. Alterra definitely is able to hold everyone from Fnord

This is high priority, and is being worked on when we aren't moving boxes
