The 3 other rabbit ears (Ice, Fire, Bone) are dropped by bosses. Meathead in FH seems to be the most popular.

I think most bosses can drop them, you just have to get lucky. I lucked out and got icy ears from one of the bosses on plasma pyramid, and I saw the keeper drop flame once.

Ya yesterday in my group someone got flame ears from gold rush. They can drop anywhere anytime, it's just a matter of getting lucky.

I've done meatheads deli and the dungeon right after it over 300 times now alot of keeper runs plasma and frozen nightmares. Probably over 450 runs in all and no ears just wonderin do ya gota know somebody... I understand keeepin them rare but give me a break oh and outa all like 8 hrs Doin those runs 1 pink 2 purps all worth nuthin lame.

I got an icy ears drop whilst farming hag in swamps... Seems they drop randomly anywhere... anytime...
