Death. No question. Unfortunately I don't have either anymore, but the Death set, with the right ring, was much better than the Void when I had both. Unfortunately it also costs more
Hopefully someone who has both can give the stats, sorry I don't still have mine.

Death is for me the best... I have tried both! The only problem ist the price actually (armor 400k, talon and wing around 200k and helm for 40k...)
about 700k...

Death stats in all it's glory. I personally think this is the best set next to the custom recurve set for PvE.
Note: I'm buffed and wearing the 2% crit / 10 damage ring.
