Dmg passive bug?

If i respec and i put dmg passive 5/5 i have the same dmg without it.... Is a bug or what?

It does not stack with ur pets damage buff.

To further clarify, highest damage buff wins, they do not stack. So if you have
5% dam passive
10% dam pet buff
20% from Rogues veil
Veil overrides all, then when it's over, the 10% from pet takes back over (ignoring your passive).

Also note that debuffs take precedence over buffs, so if you receive a 10% damage debuff under any circumstances, you do not gain the benefit of any + bonus damage until that debuff is over.

What will happen when all stacks?
Example a rouge use : dmg eli 25% than veil 20% , passiv 5 % , pet 15%, aa from other pet like shadowlurk 20% and so on ...

85% and more dmg bonus on lets say a rouge with 700 dmg

I dont think that would be a good idea that bonusses stacks and i play rouge ^^
