So just now playin in LE on the mini dungeon I noticed a fallen comrade....I hurried up and resed him only to be killed by him.....

That's crazy! Are you sure it was your teammate who dealt you the damage, and not a nearby badguy?
Considering I didn't res till all of the mobs were dead yes it was my teammate

Even though you made sure all the guys were dead, the could've respawned near you and when you weren't expecting it a range enemy could have killed you.
What? Mobs don't respawn...
Well, guess the glitch came back somehow.
