There was a small trick (I think) that I came across in the Whispering Islands, there are quests that lead you up towers that have named mobs/elites in them. I saw a group of players camping a certain elite that summons mobs every time they die, so they just kill the mobs nonstop. Forgot the name of the mob, it's in one of those towers. Wasn't sure either how good the XP was, since I just wanted the elite mob for quest

Does anyone remember having to grind at level 25? cause i can't seem to find any quests on my monk. also, i keep hearing that monks dominate in pvp. This is true when i fight mages, but when i fight my warrior friend level 25, he always kills me cause i run out of mana. is there any way to combat this?

Defiled: lv 25 military monk
misfortune: lv 20 ranger

I don't think you need to grind til your near 40, my bro and I never did until we got to the desert map. Quests always gave us enough XP to move on.

I have yet to try still, especially since I want good gear before PvP-ing, but from the times I went 1:1 on Toughie, I've only gotten him once, lucky win

Yeah when I auto attack in the morning I end up at the login screen. I think it happens within half an hour to an hour. So you have to keep checking. Still pretty useful though.

Thanks for the gear Les! I'm almost done with swamps I think and in 2 levels I will be at islands.

Yep. That sucks ^^^ hopefully gets sorted.

I just got brutalized in the Whisp Isles PvP area. I mean, WTH. First some 53 runs through and mows us down, then spawncamps, and I only escape by jumping off a cliff. Then I get smoked again trying to quest by someone else, revive at the cemetary and there are so many ppl just sitting there spawn killing I just had to log out. ****ing LAME.

Pretty much kills the game. I guess you can just skip the that place and teleport to another part of the map using the teleporter?

Hmm it may just be a bug? Keep us posted on updates about your situation. It would be nice to know if Gameloft has improved their customer service.

OUCH LES! Did relogging/restarting the app work? I still find some buggy stuff too, like items appearing from my stash, etc.

I also noticed a bug when getting items from mail when your bag is full.

Unfortunately for me, it was a blue item that I won in auction, and it disappeared.

Looks like I'll be going to bed early tonight. No point in driving myself crazy opening and closing the game a million times. I'm trying not to freak out and see if/what Gameloft does. I posted on their tech support forum. Not sure what else I can do -- anyone have their support email? Might get me a better response.

Ugh I can't believe this.

I can't do anything in game but chat. If I try to talk to an npc, the game crashes.

Same thing happened to me and it was also a blue item I posted on the forums and they put it back in my bad in a day.

As long as your character is still in tact Les, all the equipment shouldn't take long to get back, most of them you crafted right? 50 gold maybe? I can help you out with that if you want, not a problem.

I don't think the gear is the problem. If she can't even talk to npcs, there's nothing to do. Maybe reinstall the game?

I got a response from GL (I emailed them) that they were fwding it to the right people. Glad to hear other people's problems were handled in a day or two. Gives me hope.

Also, I'm afraid to check on my other two chars -- almost like I could trigger this bug by logging in on them.

at this stage, I will suggest you just wait till them fix the issue for you, and keep contacting them about this issue
