Lvl 58 bats don't drop the same loot as lvl 60 elementals, so there is definitely a big difference.

Don't they? I've gotten a Lava King from both, guess it was just coincidence..

Maybe lvl 58 items drop from both? But I killed a lot of bats and never got a lvl 60 green item (as far as I remember). Took killing elementals to get me lvl 60 legs.

Something weird with the elites after Fishfolk, IMO. Not sure with the elite human mobs right outside Suspended since I didn't grind there much. But after the 52 Elite Fishfolk mobs (which drop loads of gear, so good farming), the elite don't seem to drop loot that well anymore. The 56 screamers/banshees very rarely give gear, then the bats too. Kinda weird IMO.

Hit level 24, and got through the Orlande quest without getting 'ganked'. Need to get to 26 because I have heard rumors there is a really good dagger at that level. Anyone know if it is a quest reward, and if so what quest?

I think you're talking about the Penumbra, which was a quest item. I think it was one of the first quests in the Swamps, so maybe you're talking about something else?

They do indeed. I got a Bloodmoon off the guards the other day, completely unexpected as I was looking for one of the end-game blue weapons.

It can get quite crowded there, even for the guards, so I think Umbra Rift might drop the same kind of gear that the mobs there do. There's more in Umbra too. My guess would be 58-60 mobs drop the same gear.

Mob drops definitely aren't the same though, I think bats only drop the lava king trident, warship slasher, a bow and the pterosaurs. Guards have much cooler drops.

You take damage, but all melee damage you receive is reflected, and received by the enemy too. So let's say a mob hits you for 100 dmg. At level 1, the enemy is hit for 30 damage... At level 2 they are hit for 60 damage... And at level 3, they receive the whole 100 damage. Hope this makes sense, yet to test with skill damage.

So at level 3, the mob and I both take 100 damage? It said reflected, so I was under the impression that I wouldn't take any damage. Well meelee only of course.

I'm no Mage, but the way I'm understanding it is this -- while this buff (it is a buff, right?) is active, any damage you take is REFLECTED back at the mob, as in he takes 100% of the same damage. But at lower lvls of the skill, if you only reflect 30%, you would still take 100% of the damage but the mob would take 30%. and so on.

That's what I understand from what others here are saying, but I could be wrong since I don't have a Mage

Still sounds like a great skill -- any damage done to you is done to the mob as well. Sounds really useful in pvp.

The last offense 59 bow I saw was in AH for only 300 gold, was bought right before I pressed Buy Now lol

Yeah, it's probably like that. But it's only for meelee attacks anyway.

I sent you a lvl 30 crafted dagger, but honestly not really sure how good it is. I'm using it on my archer, but melee is so insignificant for me that I haven't bothered looking for better weapons.

Yeah, this one is fast so it has low high damage, great for off hand. Not sure about the ones you sent, those are level 30.

I looted a wind cutter, but remember being disappointed with it bc the green bow I was using (possibly even a quest item) had higher dps. Still holding onto it, haven't even checked what it's worth, but I'm sure not even close to what the 59 bow is worth.
