I don't know, I think I will aim for a certain % of crit first and then focus on ranged power. Elly, what is a good balance between the two?

I've always focused mainly on crit %, since I like seeing the crits from normals/RS, that's just me though.

But I know that the AP build is actually really good. I tested out swapping between a few pieces of crit/AP to see damage, and it was noticeable, so going that pure build will definitely dish out a lot of crit spike damage.

I think Mits would have a better understanding on AP, iirc, he had about unbuffed 25% crit and 1200 AP? Not sure.

I have roughly unbuffed 36% crit but about 900 AP only. He definitely deals more damage than me if he crits, but I crit more often, so it's really preference

Also I will start leather crafting as soon as they implement the ability to change professions. Right now my mage has leather while my ranger has cloth.

Hey form, sure

The easiest one would be:

Sniper's Leather Coat (1 Colonel Symbol, recipe very common from ghosts in rift) - You can just AH this too.
Hunter's Leather Trousers (2 Colonel Symbol, recipe from NPC) - AH.
Rider's Caligae (1 Colonel Symbol, recipe was from chests I think so quite common) - AH.

These are easy because of the symbol, colonel still isn't fixed last I checked.

Rarer but better ones would be:

Guardian's Leather Coat (1 Captain Symbol, recipe is from 39-ish mobs, got mine in the elite nomads on top of desert while brother has been searching for a week now).
Stealth Hunter's Trousers (1 General Symbol, recipe from NPC).
Stealth Hunter's Coat (2 General Symbol, recipe from NPC).

By NPC, I mean the Crafting Trainers. (Leather, Cloth, Plate). They're usually beside the class trainer, in ranger's case and in greenmont, the leather trainer is right next to the Archer Trainer

It depends which symbol you're looking for.

This makes me sad. I don't really understand O&C pvp yet.. Part of me misses the PL pvp. I am tired of being ganked in Vega, but once I get to 60, I'll kick some butt. I don't really get the mentality. "oh, there's a player 20 levels below me, let me destroy them."

Pocket Legends is specifically designed for mobile play time and patterns. We consider it an innovation, not an imitation. We'll always update it, but we are not going to make it more like O&C.

I love the fact that I'm able to play for a quick 15 minutes all the way to an hour or two, if I'm waiting for somebody. Great for doctor's appointments and various other stuff to pass time. When I want to do some heavy gaming sessions though, O&C is my preference. Both games have are great, they each meet different need's. It's how you look at them and compare your needs to the games capabilities is what makes the difference.

Well said. I am waiting for the updates to PL. O&C is fun, but yeah it is mobile WoW, plus we all know what GL's rep is, and this one is not doing a thing to dispel it. It is a fun timekiller for me until STS drops the new upcoming campaigns/cap/guilds, and then I will be back over there more often
