I'm not sure about the second question but you just buy the game via iTunes. So either a credit card or an iTunes gift card.

Buy the app on the app store as you would any other. It comes with 3 months worth of subscription, so you can decide to stop playing after those free months. You can get 1,3,6 months
With the 6 costing only $3 at any time.

I'm not even sure why sniper's leather is best. I just got a reward from a quest that has more armor and has crit bonus instead of range attack/hit. Isn't crit better?

Well, I'm in Port Eversummer or whatever it is called. Just hit 29 and ran out of quests, so looks like grinding for a while, although. I managed to find 2 quests as a level 29.

I'm pretty sure you should be able to getthe first eversummer quests at 29 -- shouldn't be out. If I recall correctly...

Well crit only increases the chance to proc. But range AP increases the damage of that proc. So I'd say both are good but you don't need too much crit. Maybe around 30%, idk what end game numbers are.

They're all pretty easy, just time consuming. Especially the 30 eristars one.

Moog and dawn are around that level and I'm sure they'd love to help.

I think it depends on what build you're going.

I know there's a non-crit build out there. Definitely higher spike/nuke damage than a crit based, but lesser overall DPS.

Sort of the same route, but they get ES + Upgrade, and always have Acute toxicity on. That way, Snipe has a 25% definite chance to proc, and so does ES. So they rely on that 25% and focus on making those attacks stronger instead.

For crit though, there's this one chest piece that gives good crit and agi too, not sure on the name. Bulrino's Chest? I forgot if it's a quest item too. Lol.

To an archer,

1 Agi = 2 RAP (Ranged Attack Power)
1 Agi = .032ish Crit %

Not sure on the dodge, but it definitely helps.

And yes, agi and crit. In which order, depends on your build

You mean 30 crit value? or crit %?

Crit % should be what you aim for. The value is just to make it easier to know how much crit you get from gear, I think.

IMO, dodge will come naturally from the agi in your gear. Unbuffed, my archer has 15% dodge, and with Escape on, boosts up to 65%. I didn't focus on dodge too, just went for crit
