He's referring to the Craftmania! Event I believe, which only has an impact on Jewels and no other crafting / upgrading parts of the game.

i also craft a 2 items 1/44 i thought im the only experience this very very unlucky spent 700k+ for gems but only 1 item and 1 time unlike regular time before 7 or 12hrs atlest you only used max 10-20 gems to full grand this even unlucky mania hahaha!

3.9m to grand Arcane Ring with Wind Gem.
6.5m clean ring = total like 10m
So... its not worth to spam any gem except jewel.

It's Craftmania this week in Arcane Legends! Starting today, through Thursday 7/23, all jewel crafting and slotting times have been reduced to 1 second! Upgrade your gear instantly, all week long.

yeah instant is nice BUT USELESS for chaos jewel for now because no additional damage? i tried it many times to remove and upgrade my bow via chaos jewel . please fix thank you

With these new jewels even with instant crafting at the rate we are going now it's still going to take forever o.O!

I would like to see this become a "regular" event. There are so many jewels and it seems like a never ending crafting battle.

This event should be permanent for old gems. Let them socket immediately from now until they are gone. This would help expedite the depletion of old gems.
