Yes, there are drops of rabbit ears in Meathead. I've gotten a few ice and bone I think. Rabbit ears prices are steadily dropping in the auction though. They were 100k+ before, now they are only 50k+

It's a pretty rare drop, but more common than recipes...
I have Flame and 2 Ice ears from Meathead's Deli or FH map 4. My best guess is on drops about every 200 - 300 boss kills.

On a single run-through in LE, I scored 2 icy ears. Is that good or bad? I seem to have hit a dry spot.
That's pretty good lol, I've done it sometimes I'll do 50 runs on meathead and score some bone ears on the 1st or 2nd run, then take a break and do another 50 runs on meathead and score icy ears on my 15th run. I'm pretty sure it's randomized, just not as bad as the recipes which i've done over 2000 runs and not gotten any yet. So frustrating.

Ive gotten flame and bone from deli, both were long full day solo farms. Ive seen ears drop in LE, mcroc homestead, FH, even mini bosses can drop them. I got my icy ears from just a normal blue ice demon in the frost king zone.

Yes you can def get the rabbit ears in the Meatheads deli. I know cuz me and my buddy Spacejunker were doing some runs there and a level 7 joined, we are both level 56, and of course the level 7 got some bone ears lol.
