Should I sell Shadow gear?

I have a level 20 something mage I'm currently slowly leveling when I get bored leveling to or get bored farming kills on my 20 something bird. Should I hang on to shadow gear for when my mage hits 50? Is that just silly. I don't see me getting her to 50 any time soon but I also don't see price of shadow set falling any time soon either. WWPD?

Just keep it, you wouldn't want any nasty surprise if the price rises and you have to re-buy it.

the farther the level cap gets from lv50, the less people will be doing shadow caves, since not directly needed.
OR
the farther we get from lv50, the easier it will be to do shadow caves and farm items.

my reason for not selling: all future int characters will use it. and i have at least one int bird on the way. after that, who knows?

True. I sold my extra pieces. I do have cyber set but (and I know this is kind of pathetic) I have an emotional attachment to my shadow gear. I got part through drops, part through gift and bought the doll for 40K in the CS! It was so much better than my cosmos set and really made me start wanting to play more and more. I think I'll save it just for emotional reasons. I don't need more gold than I have now, heck I haven't spent any in ages so no need to just start stashing more unless it's something I don't mind selling at all.

You're not the only one who has gotten attached to it. I'm keeping my shadow set as well. It's served me well and deserves better than to be just sold off. I also like the look of shadow.

Indeed it is funny that we get attached to a "set" which is just an ingame item that doesn't exist in the real world.

Don't do it! Lol..I just spent entirely too much to replace mine. And I was wrong....it doesn't feel like wearing someone elses underwear. It's as gloriously dark and mysterious as my own set was!
Wow...that sounds all wrong but oh well!
Oh...and don't wear this set in sewers and try to run like you are in full enchanted gear....you will DIE!
