I'm not sure how the newest expansion gear does but I'd say

Exped of bru gun
Ice set? Maybe
Ensorc ring of bru
Tarlok heart of bru

Pets - I'd highly recommend Maridos or nekro ( singe isn't too bad but I preferred Maridos over it )

You only need 1 para but if you can get more then go for it but 1 is good enough

Skills I used ice light shield heal and that worked really well but for clashes you'll need curse.

Fixed the weapon, it's a bit better than the exped rifle. For clash, I'd go with shield heal fire and curse build to get dem stuns in with fire
