is 2x teeth really alive

Farm 10x normal tindrin not a single drop,maybe is my luck but usually 10 run i can get 2 teeth..dont know about others

Yes, elites yield a much higher chance.

Luck elixir doesn't do anything. Teeth can't be re-rolled to.

Go elite. Its probably 4 teeth in 5 runs. If you get a half descent party you can do 6.5 min runs. With normal you might get 1 in 5 runs. Runs take 3-4 mins. So you get about 3 times the amount of teeth in the same amount of time. Mind you feeding your pet and pots will cost you around 500 gold per elite run so there is a financial trade off. That being said this will save you tons of time that you can use to farm locks or vials to make up the money and then some.

Confirm only 2x in elite,if normal also 2x teeth dragon bar price should decrease but now it stay 3m and just experiment another few run and still no teeth drop in normal..its like -2x chance in normal
