Warrior's hat recipe gone

I seem to have lost the Warrior's Hat recipe on my main character and cannot get it back.

The quest is non repeatable and the item is no tradable. It is also unstashable so I cannot transfer it from my other character.

I may have liqidated it by accident a few months ago but I would like to know if I can get it back or at least transfer it from my second character?

email it to support@spacetime.com but the best thing to do would be make another charecter and get it (they dont really matter as they both give nearly the same stats)
