I play at lvl 17 and there is a lvl 18 mage in my guild with whim. Only whim at 16-19. Its veeerrryy good. You can wipe 4 tank lineups pretty easily. Once their nekro shield drops, whim pull + curse + breeze + toor AA. It destroys
