Well it's not easy. First you need to be able have lots of time devoted to PL. It takes a long time to get a guild going. You have to be able to make a good guild thread that's in depth of what your guild is about, requirements and stuff like that. Personally when I made mine, I took a look at other guild threads to get an idea of how to do it. A good guild has to have a website.
