the rarest? like only 1 in game? that would be 3para arlor ring pot. you can find any arlor ring of any levels but theres only one that has 3para.

I believe the Snowfall Staff of Force is more rare than Blizzard Barrel, I own the whole ice weapon collection, Also Flurry set for Warrior and Mages are extremely rare atm; There are some rumors of a Pavise vanity recipe that was looted during AL birthday event, only 1 in game or something.

steel slayers (orange,red,black)
depraved blades
agile lifethiefs
corsair blades
mighty heartseekers
tsunami blades
watchman bow
zero effect bow
buccaneer blades
hellshock shivs
frigid fangs

rarest item in the game that is tradeable is crier 3 of them in game with the owners being elitewarrio aqdotcom and entity
There are 5 active flurry sets for rog and they are being hoarded massively
