L45 Burd, Behr, Maige, or Phox?

Have never ever ever ever ever ever (you get the point) been to this level bracket (40-45).

Wanted to try it but my this is kind of a dark void in my PL career. Don't even know gear.

So which one should I try? Gear and build would also be helpful. I understand that there is a ton of rushing.
