There is no crafting NPC. It is part of the tabs on the left, you just need to find a crafting table, or if you have H.E.R.O then summon a portable crafting table.

So at this point you can only upgrade "unique" items, or the heritage weapons. Anything else is not upgradable. As a F2P or only slightly P2W player, you'll probably be stuck upgrading your heritage weapon so many of the blue rarity items and even some green will begin to surpass it in power once you reach level 20-30.
Not sure where you can acquire other heritage weapons other than the gem lottery, which sucks. To upgrade you basically want to run the "Malevolent Mirror" solo dungeons when available. If possible, buy the 50 gem weapon fusion pack in the shop, that'll pretty much get you to tier 2 heritage weapon.
Unlike pocket legends you have to keep pressing attack to do more damage. The auto system slows your attacks there, just a heads up
the heritage weapon thing is pretty cool, so your low level weapons will still be one of the best at endgame as long as its upgraded
i managed to get a rifle for my archer but have only evolved it once. I think it will be more of a pvp weapon while bow is primarily for pve
not sure where the dual pistols fit in though possible just different builds as i think rifle is high amounts of crit and the pistols have a slowing effect

Seems like it'll take forever to upgrade heritage wep the way essences drop. Idk. I only gave the requirements for each upgrade a quick glance.

I'm at level 34. The pace of the game is slowing down a bit, honestly. Order and Chaos may still be the way to go, but there is a long future ahead of O&C 2.
O&C is definitely the better game overall. I was heals there and expected heals here but so far nothing. However, the graphics, new cinematic quests are a lot to put away for me so I still do occasionally play. Level 35 atm and slowly grinding to 45.

I got to 40 and just do dailys and dream dungeons to upgrade my weapon
I pretty much stopped playing lol. Maybe when PvP doesn't take 10 min per fight or when healing is decent.

Only reason I'm hanging on to the game is to see if they do a massive update on it. If not, I'll be deleting the game and returning to Order and Chaos uno (although I'm very preoccupied on the new update in PL <3 Cinco)
