Ikr. I have a contestant party in guild where one lives in US East Coast, one in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), one in Europe, one in New Zealand. It's a miracle they got together for this contest LOL.

Like @fyrce and @ilhanna, my team also comes from different places- so we made our own Line group too ^^ I don't know the other 2 people from my team before the contest but we end up being friends anyway!

Also if next time there is a contest like this... and you have a team from different countries, go download World Time Buddy app! It's useful so you can plan the time to meet and play with your friends/team!

Actually I think it was more like:

I'm good 5 hrs from now for like 10 hours. She might be able to do 7 hours from now for 2 hrs... You go hide in the bathroom with your phone! or the closet.

*faints from all the oxygen going to brain cells*

remi, don't you think round 3 end time is too quick?

we have 3 days (and more) for other rounds, and why only is it only 1 day + 5 hours for the last round?

LOL I feel you! "I can only stay till 10 cuz Dad takes phone away before midnight", "I logged off cuz I saw her sleeping in Exp Camp", "Sorry guys I tried to stay awake but failed!"

The actual runs to find portals took much less time than the planning.

Remi, thank you for the event! We had loads of fun running around Arlor. Even if we had to coordinate our schedules because of work, school etc., During our last map we were actually praying for a freaking unicorn to show up because one member was just using a power bank because of brownout. Again, thank you.

Remi, is round3 extended since the event is extended as well? 1 day plus a few hrs doesnt seem enough for parties who are trying to catch each other from different time zones. Thank you!

Not to even mention the web server being down for at least 6 hrs today, maybe more.

Same with us ilhanna, New Zealand, Canada, UK, and Mexico. We should have thought it through before starting it, haha :-P

That too. I had to ask a friend from another guild what the maps were since I couldn't open forums at all.

Yes, this I agree too. Just when I finally able to gather my team (with diferrent time zone) and completed all the portal hunting, the server went down for hours, and with 11 hours differences between me and CDT time, which makes me AM while CDT time is PM. I wait until 4 AM my time but the server still down.

Really hope sts could considering to extending the contest deadline time.

The forum was down for a few hours so the the guy who was supposed to upload our Ss for round 3 couldn't post and by the time it was up it was way past midnight.. Due to his schedule he can only log on for a few hours is it okay if we post the ss a few hours later? He won't be online for some hours. Pls consider our helplessness

My honest opinion I thought it was a great contest, builds partnership in guild members and forces them to play together more. I found that the party I played together with turned out great, we also talked about running together with our group more often. Also the contest gave the lower lvl players a chance to progress in the game where the money spenders became equals.
