STS I Want my Runic back

Hello STS, earlier today, I sold my runic flare without knowing in my inventory. This mad me very upset because I had to work very hard to be able to farm enough gold to buy the runic flare (31 mythic gun) and when I tried to buy it back from my inventory my ping spiked. In about one minute I was disconnected. When I logged back on, I saw that my runic flare was gone and not in my inventory. I am wondering if I can get my gold or another runic flare back.

same thing happen to my friend in game. rog mythic frost bow.

because of lag he deleting some trash items one of items he delete is frost bow and when he go to buy back he dc and boom gone.

Explain to them what happened. Try to be detailed, calm, and polite. Let them know the date it happened, and what time it was. Or approximately. Also your time zone. Anything that helps them sort it out, and makes their life easier. Good luck
