Tutorial about the interface

We have a tutorial how to fight, but not about anything like the inventory. I spend 30 minutes talking to a guy teaching him about accepting friends, and the join button. He was in fathom crypt and didn't know how to get back to forest haven. Devs, if you want to check the chat logs, you can see he was perfectly fluent in English, but he just didn't get a lot of the stuff.

There was actually a point where I was wondering if he was just trolling me.
