Pls help can't get any quests from Garetta

Hello guys, my IGN is Kingaskhan, I just wanted to let u all know, that I cannot get any daily quest or any quest in Garetta, I completed all my quests weeks before some of them turned to daily, except for The gems one, i took that quest before daily released, and after daily released, I didn't delete the gems, and I completed it like 4-6 days ago, and cannot get any quest, nor any NPC in Garetta has any mark, like Gary faded ! Or ?, pls help I'm on iPad Mini WIFI

You need to be lvl 46 for the dailies and to have finished the boss questline, which starts in expedition camp. Can't say with 100% certainty about the repeatable quest, but I think that it is pretty safe to presume that u need lvl 46 for that too.
