Sadly, I haven't tried making an engineer twink, but I would recommend putting stats in:
-Suppression
-HoT
-Root
-DoT/HoT
-DoT
-Shield
-Def Buff
Sorry, havent played in a while so I can't remember the names lol.. But when I used to twink, this is what I basically saw people using.
