Eng or com twink builds

Does anyone have good lvl 21 eng or com twink builds?

I have a commando build! Works like a champ even after all these years!
Build:
Use the armor buff when opponent does most of their damage. Operatives nuke pretty hard at some point, that counters like 90% off it.
The heal heals a lot at this level so dont waste it. Use the mana regen buff to end and then use pull, stomp and spam those long range skills after it.


I used this weapon shield setup, or the snub carbine whatever is its name (Blue gun) for long range kiting.
