+ Updated Fribbel's conversation text to indicate that the materials for crafting Orc Effigies come from Glintstone Caverns

King Northal or the event rather , will be permanently staying in AL... it is cyclical , means you can do it all over again just fill the bar with effigies .... check this thread for more info :

I really like this idea as it adds a very interesting aspect of the game that has previously not existed. It will cause the drops from him to change in price depending on when the last time he spawned was, and the drops that come from him will be very rare at certain times.
