If you re bored, do little lvling once in a while. Try 13 then go 16, 21, 23, 33..

Try 10 if you don't like you've always got the option to try 13 rather than starting 13 and not liking it

10 you rarely find a dummy farmer, there is actually skilled players and now as much tt as u would find at 15-17, with certain guillds gloating about every victory, or para nekro players fighting noobs and calling themselves pro

Check red legion. Plenty of dummy farm warriors in there
