Trouble with the Tapjoy plat offers.

Hello,

I've recently come into trouble with the tapjoy plat offers. I've done both the Disney Movie Club, and the Netflix signup for plat on the tapjoy offerwall. Neither have credited my account with plat. I've been into contact with tapjoy help staff, but they keep saying they need my tapjoy ID, which can be accessed via a "missing" button located somewhere on the tapjoy offerwall. Problem is, it doesn't exist. I play on a Droid X.

Is anyone able to help me with this?

Sorry but it's all through TapJoy. Most of the time when we hear this, the user hasn't go into the app they downloaded from the offerwall and opened or otherwise used the app.

Yea, I've been in contact with them. It's not an app, it's just a signup, like Netflix + Disney Movie Club. They keep asking for a tapjoy ID located within the offerwall in the app I use (PL), but it simply doesn't exist.

Anyways, thanks for the help. I'll see if I can try to reason with them. :P

Forgive my ignorance, but what is Logcat?

It shows everything that's going on, and one of the thongs happening is your phone is telling tapjoy its ID.
