Why won't archers help against ksarr?

He's correct. Blast Shot does not eliminate the Keeper's shield. Best to just bulk debuff him

That's a myth. His shield is timed. It always comes on when the alien reinforcements appear.

when he get's his shield on, i only use normal attacks and hit% debuffs

I thought the shield came on about a minute into the fight. Usually, you try to get the hit points more than 2/3 down before he puts up the shield. If not, leave to reset or it will take a long time.

Just a tip if you haven't done or noticed yet, try to go in as a team! If you have a decent team, that know their roles, its possible to kill before shield ever goes up (and I'm talking all 50's when that was cap)! The timer starts as soon as someone is in his range! Other than that ur queston has been answered!!

Oh, and on topic: It's best to just give him everything you have, most importantly the debuffs. Like the others, I have seen the keeper die before the first shield went up. Thats even with *gasp* mages using mana shield! Huge myth.

I hear if you fight him, he steals your life. So don't do it.

For the foolish and desperate, you should be unloading everything on him from the beginning anyways. And by timer starting, it's not when he "demonstrates"; it's when he triggers, as in he will start moving towards whoever triggered him, preferably a bear or pally. At that point, everyone should be firing everything they have at him. He should be dead or almost completely dead before shield. He can be hit through shield but damage is much much less.

Killed before shield went up today with me tanking (49 bear) and 2 birds lvl 51 and 52 and one random Mage who joined us. Easy peasy :-)
