We have x2 chance grand gem weekend...what about jewels?
Since we have x2 chance to grand gems what about jewels?
You upgrade cracked jewel and it have chance to lvl up during crafting. Example : You upgrade item with cracked and it have chance to be damage. Damage to weak etc.
What you guys think?

A bad idea. People will just put superb jewels all the time and get dem nobles.

Its chance to get. Not 100% chance. Its nice idea IMO to make jewels more popular and useful. BTW so what if someone get noble? Its same as somebody get grand gem. Think...Originally Posted by Andrisber

What about someone who doesn't care about platinum costs, buys 100 cracked jewels(or however many) then puts his jewels on his armor plat finishing until it upgrades all to damaged, then puts the upgraded damaged ones on and upgrade to weak, then weak to standard, all the way up to nobles. Doing this, someone could upgrade 100 cracked jewels (500k gold at most) to 100 nobles... The jewel system is not designed to ever have double odds the way you propose because of this.
Also, it's not the same as a grand gem, because jewels can be taken off of armor and reused on another piece of armor. Once a gem is on, there is no taking it back off.
