First off. He will not be obtained from purchase or a tier. He will be obtainable to all who witness another player wearing the new mage face #barf actually I'm gonna use it but whatever

On a more serious note. I think he's going to be a debuff / slowing pet. Maybe as an AA he realeases slobber / goo debuffing etc.
