Yeah, I can see how that would be of some concern, Bearded...maybe they will see your response here and do something about it, but in general they are damn responsive compared to others.

Just a simple response would be nice, even if they can't/won't do anything about it.

Agreed...but you also gotta remember that they are getting 6,387 emails a day from people demanding to be unbanned despite them running around saying "*&$(*@ my *&@#&%^ you stupid !@!*%^@!!!" but claiming "theyz didntz do nothingz wrong"

Interesting... So when they told us firmly that it wouldn't change, they again meant "it won't change right now but who knows in the future?". I personally have not bought more than one face per char bc of this, but I hope if they are changing this in the future, they will go into everyone's accounts and see which face they've bought to allow them access to all of them.
