Exactly how much data does Arcane Legends use on 4G

I read somewhere that its like 1kbps at the height of combat

Not much.

I sometimes play on LTE, After about 30minutes of playing, around less than 30mb

I play 8-10 Hrs a day my data consumption is as follows :-

2G : 80-90MB
3G : 100-115MB
4G : 120-135MB

Note:- The above mentioned data usage is when i play 8-10Hrs a day.
