Is there a way to dodge?

Dodge hellscream that is, some people are telling me they are good at "dodging" hell scream, it's quite annoying since there is one person that it really almost never lands on.... Any commentary would be appreciated.

What is this juking.... and it's out in the open. Maybe i'm just unlucky but he simply dodges about 80% of my screams.

well, he knows the rango of the scream, so he tricks you into using it while he quickly moves out of range by either running backwards or some knock back skill.

before the global skill cooldown, was possible to juke out all of the enemy's skills lol...

We are nowhere near 8M apart, and we pretty much do the same thing, rage, blood, scream crushing blah blah blah. But again, mine never hits. Again, we are running at each other when it happens.
