The one from the first pic used to happen to my old GS3 as well,
just restart the app, and you should have it fixed.

How it usually occurs for me is that I click the home button, go to another app, then click home button again (goto homescreen), then open AL again. (sometimes it glitches, other times its ok)

First time had this happen it was a shocker. Moto x 2 years old.
