    Default add a /lock command

Sometime i'm in an unlocked dungeon. Maybe it's because a quest directed me there, or because it's a side dungeon that is not "host"able from the map. I probably spend more time soloing than grouping. So, the problem is that I have to do a lot of booting. I often get people complaining after being booted, "Next time lock it!" Well, I can't always lock it.

For example, I would host a zone and wait for people to join. Nobody joins, so I start soloing. Now I'm all the way down to the boss and people start joining. No way... i did all the work so I'm going to solo the boss. Boot, Boot, Boot...

After about 50% of clearing the zone, i would just like to lock it.

If I am in a dungeon and don't want to be bothered, then I would like to type "/lock password". This should be a command enabled for the host.

Or you could say when they get to the boss "get a pink and gimmie"
