nope, just complete 4 quest and you'll be as to use the stash.

First four quests or level to 4. Before it was finish the first 3 quests ("Zombies here" - Hawken, "All my cool stuff" - Hawken, "Mr Swift" - Hawken, if memory serves me right) or level to 4. Now I guess it's first 4 quests.

Edit:

Strobe. Go to plat store, items, archer, then hit crossbows, and scroll down. Bling flingers should be near the bottom.

I tried this a couple of days ago, maybe I did something wrong. But the quest were either not showing on my view page or not available. Only quest I get is crafting. And after 4 of those I am told I have to wait to level 4 to CS or stash. Anyone tried this recently since lastest update?

You Need to be in Chapter one of forest haven. Follow my Guide Thoroughly, Don't just scan it!

Talk to Zhara. She tells you to go through portal. Go through portal. You'll see a giant yellow exclamation mark on Hawken. Do his 3 quests.
Go to stash and drool at your stuff.

Ok, I am not mistaken, I tried this three times. If u follow the above guide to the letter exactly, you will never have access to CS or stash.

The "Part 2" needs some extra steps between 3 and 4.

Ariskabar(55 almost duel spec bear, all quest up to BS), Weoki(46 mage questing in alien oasis), Hanaty(36 war bird maybe 60% quested), Ebalake(31 mage with aspirations of cultivating the land), theswiftone(23 bear who specializes in CS), Bucketofbolts(21 mage farmers wife), Ariskabarsson(5 bear waiting to be called to action), Hanatysson(1 because of this guide is unable to access anything), Aaabad(#1 bear who figured this guide needed more steps and has access to all knowledge of things)

By the way...there are qualifiers in the above guide about accepting and turning in quest, it is not something that is "understood".

I was not going to explain, but who I am got the better of me. You accept the Barbax quest and kill him. This is because Zara is waiting for you to complete it. It's like some quest only become available if you do certain quest before hand. One that comes to mind is you can not talk to Swift(3rd quest) before doing the two quest in front of it.

That is correct! Only need to do three quest, but you must do the Barbax quest first.
