Fort Set, and why no body seems to want or use it?

In any gear posts, nobody seems to want a fortified set? How come?

I was under the noobish impression that it would have to be the best set a tank can wear?

It's got good armor, but the dodge is very low. This makes it a worse set overall for tanking compared to the fury sword + shield/ royal sewer helm + plate combination.

Ok, thats what im going for now, got the Fury Axe, Royal Helm and Plate, just need that elusive Shield!!

The set, full fortified, currently costs around 3 mill. Armor, damage (for a bear), and health regen are good, but the dodge isn't good.

Its a shame that the shields dont have matching Gem's.

Can't recall off of the top of my head, but if I remember correctly, fury fighter (and thus fortified) shields are pretty expensive right now. The reason is because a lot of people want them and they are pretty rare drops.

Ya they are sitting around 800k-1m I saw someone selling a Fort Shield for 800k. But he logged before i could offer him a trade for my hate set

More than just the absence of dodge, I find it a bit too costly just for the stuff it gave.

It seems really good if you want to semi-tank and do decent damage at the same time, but there's a dual spec option for that - really good tank and really good damage, different sets of course
